A Movie After Quest for The Queen?

Man, I believe the Tinker Bell movies have become like the Barbie movies practically! So many of them there are! I was looking on wikipedia at the Disney Toon Studios page, and I found this interesting title slated for 2014: The Legend of the Neverbeast. Obviously this must have something to do with Neverland and Tinker Bell, hence the Never in beast. Im not sure if this is a true fact yet, but possibly just a rumor. If this is real, we might be seeing a movie about Kyto the dragon, who lives atop Tirth Mountain, don't you think? It would make sense.
